Through your training you will learn techniques from some of the more practical Martial Arts. We take techniques from K1 Kickboxing and Muay Thai to give an all around Martial Arts experience but to also give you confidence in your abilities for self defence
Through weekly classes you will help build your body helping with weight loss and increasing strength, stamina and improving reflexes.
Help maintain mental health by managing stress and anxiety in a positive and constructive way.

Been training with Mr J and the team for nearly 8 years, the best choice I ever made!
